Announcement: City of Normandy Forestry Project

The City of Normandy is excited to announce that, with the assistance of Beyond Housing and the Missouri Department of Conservation Community Forestry Cost Share Program, we have successfully secured funding and completed projects for vital tree-related initiatives. This collaborative effort has helped address potential hazards associated with trees, ensuring that our community continues to reap the numerous benefits they provide. This project provided for 14 removals, 20 tree cleans, and a tree inventory of our street trees. From mitigating stormwater impact to purifying our air and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of Normandy, this work underscores our commitment to creating a healthier and more beautiful place to live.
